Terms & Conditions

Membership. Sabah Made is provided as an annual membership. Each merchant is assigned a renewal fee by the platform administrator and can view it in their dashboard.

Renewals. Access continues until the expiry date. After expiry a grace period applies, during which renewal is still possible. After the grace period, editing of landing pages and QR codes is disabled while all merchant data is retained.

Merchant content. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and images they publish.

Suspension. The platform administrator may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Merchant data is retained and can be reactivated.

QR codes. QR codes remain Sabah Made tracking links. Destinations may be changed by the merchant at any time.
